| Bio: | Tim Layne was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley and has spent the last several years either pursuing additional graduate work in history at the University of Illinois at U-C or teaching at the college level. He most recently served on the faculty of his alma mater, Bridgewater College, where he taught courses in World History, Military History, Geography, and Public Speaking. He has appeared in the occasional school theatrical production. He teaches Civics, Ancient World History, AP World History, and Comparative Religion. When not in the classroom, he enjoys spending time with his family, practicing with his bow and great sword, building and painting models, playing games of all sorts, and reading (including a healthy dose of comic books). He lives in Staunton with his wife, Brenna, son, Finn and dog, Dijji. |
