Visit with us

On Visit Days, prospective Middle and Upper School students spend the school day so that they can attend classes, have lunch in our Dining Hall, get to know faculty and students, and become familiar with our campus. Parents are welcome to stay for coffee and a tour on Visit Days. You can contact the Admissions office at any time to schedule a visit on one of these exciting days. We look forward to seeing you at Stu! Visit days for the academic year 2008-2009 will be posted in August.

 Upper, Middle and Lower School Campus Visits

Stuart Hall School campus visits and interviews are available by appointment year round. Summer visits are available Monday through Friday at the Middle and Upper Schools and by appointment at the Lower School. Please contact the Admissions Office to schedule your visit .

The Admissions Office welcomes inquiries and applications at any time. NOTE: Entry at any time after the first day of fall semester through April 1 of that academic year is considered mid-year enrollment.

Applying to Stuart Hall is easy. Submit the forms either by mail or fax (contact information below):

  • pdf Stuart Hall Middle and Upper School Application 2008-2009 which includes the following:
  • Your current transcript request
  • All standardized testing results such as Stanford, Iowa Test of Basic Skills, SSAT, PSAT
  • English and Math teacher recommendations
  • Parent and Personal Statement/Essays
  • An interview request

Please note:  Policy for credit earned for students transferring in to Stuart Hall is recommended.  Transcript courses having earned "D's" will not be recognized automatically for credit upon entering Stuart Hall.  Individual circumstances will be considered.
