Head of School's Welcome Print E-mail

Dear Friends,

Welcome to Stuart Hall on the web!  We hope you enjoy discovering all of the great information our website has to offer.  As a member of the Church Schools of the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia, Stuart Hall School anchors its Mission in one, multi-faceted Core Value:  Educating the Mind, Strengthening the Body, Renewing the Heart, Nurturing the Spirit.

This Value is singular, because if one of these essential disciplines is neglected, no person is whole.  In one form or another, this Core Value has long been the basis for the School's commitment to educating compassionate, responsible leaders in an increasingly complex and diverse society.  Choosing this Value to support the future helps to ensure that the School remains true to its past while adapting to a changing world and reflects a consistent and continuing commitment to the STUART HALL MOTTO "OMNIA CUM DEO - All things with God."

From my first visit, I wanted to be a part of this School community.  As you view this site, I hope you will feel that way too.  The website, of course, is only an introduction to our School, and cannot adequately capture the energy of our faculty and students at work or at play.  As you are reading, feel free to contact the School, toll free at 888-306-8926 or 540-885-0356 or contact us through our website.  You may also arrange a visit to campus via the "Instant Inquiry to Admissions" page on our site.

Come and experience Stuart Hall for yourself, and see how our Core Value is manifested in the life of our School.  I believe you will enjoy your visit.

I look forward to seeing you on campus!

Sincerely,

Mark H. Eastham
