TitleEnglish and ESL Teacher
Halime Hodson enhances the education of our Middle School language arts classes and ESL students with a “world of experience and knowledge”. Ms. Hodson received her early education at St. George’s English School of Rome. She continued her education with undergraduate work in English Literature at The University of Paris and a diploma in French Language and Culture from La Sorbonne in Paris. She then went on to pursue both a B.A. and M.A. in English Language and Literature from Ankara University in Ankara, Turkey. She finished her formal education earning a MLitt/MPhil. degree in Applied Linguistics from Edinburgh University in Scotland. She has used this education in a variety of ways. She has been a teacher, tutor, editor, lecturer, translator, and interpreter, and has been a member of a variety of educational committees as well as a volunteer for several local causes. We are delighted she is a part of the Stuart Hall community.
